Alan has been a close associate since we put our house on the market back in 2007. It was purely luck that we met him, our neighbor on the south was selling her home and Alan was her realtor. Although, at the time of our selling, Alan was not our realtor and he was just in the area attending to the needs of our neighbor when we happened to make his acquaintance.

My wife and I put our house up for sale in the fall of 2007; we hired a real-estate agency and committed to the six month contract. During those six months, not one party entered our home for viewing and most our dialog with this realtor went on deft ears. When this contract expired, of course we contacted another agency and had the same results as with the first. Alan happened to be in the neighborhood attending to the new buyers needs that bought the house next door and we contacted Alan and talked about our home and if he was interested in doing something for us. Of course, he agreed and he immediately put things together.

He went through the house and showed us how to stage the property and create an image that lets the new buyer imagine themselves living in the dream we manufactured. He inspected the house and made sure there were no last minute surprises that could derail a deal. He took a slew of photos that best highlighted our home best features-inside and out. The first month was slow, but then things began to pick up. We started to see an interest with potential buyers coming through our home. Alan also, on the other hand, went shopping for us and showed us many homes that might meet our interest and this he did with exceptional qualities and skills. He found a home that was, without exception, one that made both my wife and I just gleam. He than put together a contract that made an offer to the seller and was able to extract 35,000 dollars from the selling price. He was also successful in finding a buyer for our home and was very competitive in getting almost the price we were asking. My wife and I both felt very fortunate that Alan came into the picture; simply because with the glut of unsold homes on the market and foreclosures on the rise; Alan was able to overcome these obstacles and make a deal for us. In August of 2008, my wife and I become the proud owners of a brad new home and living space that was almost double our old home and I lived for thirty years without a garage and now I have a home with a three car garage and my wife has all the amenities that any women would want and desire. One other not that deserves mentioning, on the first day of our moving: who do you think showed up? It was Alan and he spent the day helping us move into our new home-he helped load the truck and unload it and this is a quality that needs mentioning.

Alan's exceptional skills and qualities go beyond what we experienced with other agencies. His field of interest and requirements; his competency, his experience. His organizational and communication skills; his interaction with others; his sound judgment; and his reliability-are impeccable qualities that won't come with other realtors.
